El problema esta bien claro. Te lo indica el texto del error.
El java.exe que ejecuta la clase es de una versión mas vieja que el javac.exe que has usado para compilarla.
Para comprobar que versión de java tienes en el path ejecuta lo siguiente en la linea de comandos:
java -version
